After a relaxing weekend without being stuck, prodded or infused, today it was back to the clinic. Possibly one of the last times before final preparations and decisions about sending me home.
I’m already compiling lists of things I need to do when I get home, appointments, timelines, meds to review… Whoa! Plenty of time to deal with all that. Not to mention trying to slowly get back into my routines. Well…routines without gardening, housekeeping or the pool — at least for the first six months.
I’m planning to skip blogging for the next couple days. Nothing is scheduled for tomorrow Tuesday and then I have a bone marrow biopsy on Wednesday. Thursday could be the big day of release. The biopsy will determine what percentage of my T-cells have been successful.
I’ll keep you posted.
